Ashok is a very dedicated person and has been instrumental in getting a good deal for me and my family. Being a first time home buyer and only one year in Canada by then, Ashok had a step-by-step approach to help us.
To begin with, he helped us to understand the housing market in the Toronto/GTA region including understanding the geography, types of properties, features within properties, pricing, etc. We had visited close to 15 properties just to get a good perspective of the market, allowing us to introspect and decide on our interests and priorities based on the budget. Ashok has helped a lot of us while finding houses/condos in Canada. This was my first time in Canada and I just got Ashok's number through a friend. Once I called him, he took care of everything. Visiting units to finalizing and even applying was very smooth. He took care of each and every single detail while showing units. I recommend Ashok to all of my colleagues and friends.

Ashok has been extremely professional and helpful from the first time he got in touch with us. Along with showing us the apartments, he also showed us around the neighborhood and also showed us the nearby schools. He also helped us set up the connections for the power and internet after our application was accepted. While signing the lease we came to know from the house owner's agent that our application was one among the nine others that were submitted for the apartment and Ashok was instrumental in getting our application accepted. Ashok is a very knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly realtor. I spent about 3 weeks with another realtor in finding a suitable condo but not satisfactory. Ashok just took 5 days' time in finding a good condo in a great locality and even finalized the move-in date. Since I am new to Canada, Ashok explained the entire process and directed me on the right path. He is very prompt and kept us informed about the situation. Ashok is an excellent realtor with great contacts and really hard working. We finalized my condo in the prime city of Mississauga in less than a weeks time, in such a competitive rental market. I even referred him to one of my friends from the states, who was struggling to get a condo. Ashok finalized a great place for him in matter of 2 days in Markham.
